A lot of people decide to be more organized as one of their New Year’s resolutions. This may be done one room at a time with some planning and time spent to figure out how you wish to organize a particular space. There are many steps to organizing an area, so if you choose to do it, the first step is to completely empty out the space and begin with an empty space. If you still have too many kitchen supplies than you do cabinets after cleaning out everything, you may wish to separate the things that you used all of the time and some of the things that you may only used every once in a while. For the big items that and are used infrequently like a bread maker or an ice cream machine, place them in a clear storage container to be put somewhere else where there is storage space and can be taken out when needed. Then all of the cabinets and drawers will be used for things that are used on a regular basis.
A bathroom needs storage for all of the personal items and a helpful idea is to buy some new shelves and storage options to neatly stow away all of your things. Separating things into categories will allow you to find things better and to stay organized. Also try a clear shoe bag to put in some of your cosmetics on the back of the door for a cheap organizational tool that lightens the load on the shelves.
